1 Bedroom Cottage Rentals at Merritt Island Village
Rent a cottage in our community! Our nice cottage homes are about the size of a large 1 bedroom apartment but better. Home is well-designed with an eat-in kitchen featuring a smooth top stove and built-in microwave. Kitchen also features a double sink and dishwasher. Living room has a TV nook and pull-down “murphy” bed for guests. Full bathroom with an easy to clean 1 piece fiberglass tub/shower. Bedroom easily fits a queen sized bed and dresser The bedroom has an additional vanity and sink area. Most of the cottages are unfurnished, but a few furnished ones are available from time to time (pricing may vary).
Pricing as of May 2022: $725-$850 /month with a 12 month lease. Snowbird leases starting at $7500 /season
(Limited Availability--We may have a select number also available for winter/snowbird rentals next season).
An approved pet under 25 lbs is ok with pet fee. Monthly rate includes first 3000 gallons water/sewer and trash pickup. Electric is resident responsibility and billed through Florida Power & Light. High speed internet and cable is available from Brighthouse (resident responsibility)
